What is the greatest adventure in history?” you ask.

That's a long story, so let me first tell you, simply, how the prequel - the beginning of the beginning - goes.

I, Captain Kimmer, have purchased a 55-year-old sailboat online from a foriegn country site unseen to sail solo across the Atlantic Ocean never having sailed a day in my life...

So far I've moved onto the ship, nearly burned it down, sailed through a Force 8 storm on the English Channel, experienced a full system failure on my way to Brest - sailing by compass at at night with just my genoa after losing the main sail, and crossed the legendary and treacherous waters of the Bay of Biscay where I made friends with dolphins, swam with an unexpected, scary, finned visitor, and saw an orca.
